Street Tape Games is an art installation for the public to play socially-distanced street games.
A direct response to COVID-19, Street Tape Games is a temporary public art installation that invites the public to play a series of street and playground games redesigned with social distancing. Using colourful social-distancing tapes to create playful markings on the ground, the installation is about encouraging the community to come outside and play again after lockdown.
Facilitated play sessions will introduce the public to the set of redesigned games. Play childhood favourites like Foursquare, Tunnelball, and What’s the Time, Mr Wolf without any body contact or touch. However, feel free to make up your own games in the playspace!
